We’ve teamed up with The Pantry Couple in Yateley to bring you our classic Oregon Trail in fiery hot sauce form!!! A slow-fermented hot sauce made with red chillies, Scotch bonnet peppers and Oregon Trail, blended with apple cider vinegar for a tangy, fruity heat and a deep fermented flavour. Bright, punchy and savoury with a steady burn.

You already know Oregon Trail - it’s a bold West Coast IPA, packed with classic hops, crisp bitterness and plenty of character. This hot sauce is handmade in small batches by The Pantry Couple who specialise in big flavours, simple ingredients, no shortcuts.

Ingredients: Pineapple (pineapple, pineapple juice), red pepper, red chilli, Oregon Trail West Coast IPA (water, malted BARLEY, hops, yeast), cider vinegar, onion, lime juice, Scotch bonnet chilli, garlic, salt, light brown sugar

Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, sesame, and mustard.
