Brewed in collaboration with Independent Salford Beer Festival, this classic East Coast IPA is an interpretation of a beer Garrett Oliver brewed for the 1994 British Guild of Beer Writers event entitled "The USA Revival of IPA" whilst he was brewing at The Manhattan Brewing Company. It contains a blend of Goldings and Cascade hops for notes of orange citrus.

The winning beer from our 10th Birthday Home Brewing competition, Robbie Bullough's recipe is a take on an historic American style, Kentucky Common. The style originated in Louisville and was known for being darker in colour but light in body. Robbie's interpretation uses flaked maize alongside five types of barley and Ernest hops. It was fermented with a Scottish ale yeast strain for an international take!

Carve'n Yams is back for 2026! This is a super small batch that won't hang around! This sweet Coffee Porter to which we've added pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices to create a spooky seasonal beer! Expect fresh, bright coffee flavours from the single origin coffee from local roaster Anonymous Coffee layered with all those delicious flavours you love in pumpkin pie.

We teamed up with Stockport's Neighbourhood Brew Co to create this vibrant and hoppy American Brown Ale. A classic grist brings notes of brown bread toast and chocolate onto which we've layered plenty of Comet, Columbus and Simcoe hops for notes of citrus and pine with a dank undertone.

We teamed up again with our friends from South London's wonderful Shirkers Rest to brew this Green Hopped Pale. Harlequin hops freshly picked on the morning of the brew were collected from Townend Farm in Ledbury Herefordshire. We used a huge hot side charge to impart a delightfully fresh aroma and flavour.

We used six different hops in this vibrant Pale Ale. Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe were used in the whirlpool before dry hopping with Mosaic, Amarillo and Galaxy in Abstrax form. The hops combine to bring notes of orange citrus, stone fruits and a light herbal dankness to underpin everything. Tasty!

Brewed in our house style, this clean and bitter Pale Ale is super sessionable with Dolcita bringing notes of peach and Mosaic its trademark tropical fruit notes with blueberry undertones. Expect a bright and aromatic beer with layers of hop flavour and aroma.

For this collaboration with the fantastic Women In Beer movement, we used freshly harvested Progress hops from Hawkins Farm in Ledbury. Grown by Sarah Hawkins, these hops bring a delicate note of honey with a herbal undertone and mild spice. The malt was kindly sponsored by Simpsons and we will be donating that saving plus some of the proceeds to WiB to help them continue their work supporting Women in Beer.

We took inspiration from the clean and crisp keller-style lagers of Franconia when designing this recipe. German classics Perle and Tettnang hops bring a gentle herbal snap which punctuates the delicate honey notes of the British barley.

Chaos, when harnessed correctly, can produce beautiful results. One of two beers brewed to celebrate Indie Rabbles third birthday. For this beer in the pair, they chose violence. Weaponised Chaos is a West Coast Triple IPA brewed at Indie Rabble, heavily hopped with Cascade and Centennial. Zesty, resinous and bitter.

Second in a new series of single hopped American Pale Ales! Final Boss Citra has been hopped with four different Citra products. We used whole cone in the kettle, DynaBoost in the whirlpool, Cryo as a dry hop then liquid HyperBoost during cold conditioning. A real showcase of this wonderfully citrussy hop!

Together with our friends at Mysterious, we bring this bright, fresh and juicy pale ale. Layered with American classic fruit forward hops to make an easy drinking, thirst quenching beer which has a nod to an origin beer we brewed 3 years ago here at Elusive at the start of the Mysterious story.

For this bright and sessionable Pale we paired up peach Citra and tropical Mosaic with the big stone fruit hit of newcomer and fast becoming a super juicy go to, Krush! This one's light in body with a delicate hint of malt sweetness that's balanced with a clean bitterness and plenty of hop character.

Andy travelled down to Bluntrock to brew this Hazy Pale as part of their Bingo Series. Full to the brim with Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic, Columbus and Simcoe for layers of fresh pineapple, ripe mango and orange zest. This will be the perfect choice for sunny garden cans!

10th Birthday Series No.4! We’ve teamed up with some of our industry pals to brew a series of birthday collab beers - this one is slightly different, as it’s celebrating where Elusive all began, home brewing!

For the fourth beer in this series, we went back to our roots and invited Andy's old home brewing club down to brew! Being fearless and not afraid to push boundaries, they opted to brew a massive Barley Wine using some lovely heritage malt varieties - Chevallier and floor malted Maris Otter. We paired these with English hops and an old English yeast strain to brew this decadent and comforting beer.

Oregon Trail is our flagship beer and best seller. A classic West Coast IPA brewed at our Finchampstead brewery in Berkshire, it took the top spot at the World Beer Awards 2021 for UK's Best American IPA and most recently won CAMRA's Champion Beer of Britain IPA category in 2025. We keep it on constantly — in cask, KeyKeg and can — because once you've had it, you tend to come back for more.

We built Oregon Trail around three workhorse American hops: Simcoe, Chinook and Columbus. Together they deliver the piney, resinous, citrus-forward character that defines the West Coast style. We went big on bitterness too, with a firm malt backbone to keep things balanced rather than harsh. It pours crystal clear, pale amber, with a clean dry finish that makes the next sip feel inevitable.
