For this collaboration with the fantastic Women In Beer movement, we used freshly harvested Progress hops from Hawkins Farm in Ledbury. Grown by Sarah Hawkins, these hops bring a delicate note of honey with a herbal undertone and mild spice. The malt was kindly sponsored by Simpsons and we will be donating that saving plus some of the proceeds to WiB to help them continue their work supporting Women in Beer.
