We paired up with our friends at Attic Brew to make a beer that combines two things we both love - West Coast Pales and New Zealand Hops. Packed with Riwaka, Waimea and Nelson Sauvin it’s a balanced beer with a citrus and pine forward flavour and a hit of West Coast bitterness.
A clean and bitter Pale Ale with tropical hop notes. Brewed to celebrate the life of Tina Parker who bravely battled Motor Neurone Disease. We'll be making a donation to MND research and the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice from sale proceeds of this beer.
This is one mega refreshing Pale Ale! We used Motueka in the whirlpool with loads of freshly zested limes before dry hopping with old favourite Ekuanot. Both of these hops bring notes of lime which add to the zestiness of this beer, hence the name. Get it down ya! (responsibly).
We love Mosaic. You love Mosaic. Everyone loves Mosaic. That in your face sweaty tropical fruit it brings makes it perfect for so many styles. We've left it to its own devices in this bright and bitter Pale, using whole cone hot side before dry hopping with Mosaic Cryo. You know what to expect here - a tasty beer!
We teamed up with local friends Indie Rabble, Best Cask and EUSC to brew this nod to a classic American Amber. Barbe Rouge hops went in hot side before dry hopping with Idaho 7 and El Dorado to take this in a wonderfully hoppy direction. Expect some light caramel from the malts and plenty of fruity top notes including pineapple and watermelon.
We took inspiration from the clean and crisp keller-style lagers of Franconia when designing this recipe. German Mittelfruh hops bring a gentle herbal snap which punctuates the delicate honey notes of the British barley.
We're embracing a foggy haze with this juicy Pale Ale. We used Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool before dry hopping with some vibrant Freestyle Nelson Sauvin and YCH Strata Cryo. Expect a juicy top note with some underlying herbal dankness in this smooth and aromatic Pale Ale.
As a follow on to Rainbow's End, we're paying homage to another theme park with this NZ hopped Hazy Pale. This time we paired super zesty Motueka with tropical heavyweight Nectaron alongside a yeast strain that loves to add peachy notes into the mix!
In celebration of our 1000th brew, we emptied out the grain store and threw 21 different grains at this one! It has layer upon layer of chocolate, granary toast and coffee. No adjuncts or nonsense. Just a big old heavy hitting Imperial Stout!
