This been is an unashamed ode to Mosaic, a hop which has helped shape modern brewing styles with its tropical fruit notes. We used the hop in three different ways in this beer. Whole cone in the kettle followed by pellets and a prototype liquid product in the fermentation vessel. Expect plenty of everything you love about this wonderful hop!
